Certification Process
All A+ Certified networking products must pass a grueling 28-point inspection, upgrade and update checklist. This includes testing under a variety of conditions to ensure that electronics, connectivity ports, memory configuration, firmware/software and electrical components perform to Digital Warehouse A+ Certified standards. All Digital Warehouse A+ Certified products carry a One Year Warranty to the original purchaser.

A+ Certification Checklist Prior to Stocking
1- Check cosmetic appearance
2- Open chassis and inspect all internal components
3- Check power supply and fan
4- Check interface card slots
5- Check flash and DRAM memory
6- Check firmware and software
7- Check power On/Off switch
8- Check power indicator lights
9- Check fan noise
10- Check console cable connectivity
11- Run System Test 1 to ensure no errors
12- Record flash, DRAM, NVRAM and shared memory sizes
13- Check firmware and software versions
14- Clean system board and fan assembly
15- Clean (and paint) chassis exterior
16- Include rack mount kit and console cable
17- Include CD documentation
18- Create inventory data sheet with serial numbers
19- Custom package with System Test 1 results, and stock the unit.
A+ Certification Checklist For Order Fulfillment
20- Run configurator to determine hardware/software compatibility
21- Upgrade memory if required to load updated firmware/software
22- Update firmware and software if needed
23- Insert interface modules and run System Test 2 to ensure ZERO ERRORS
24- Print system test results and confirm no errors in booting the system
25- Create Packing List With Serial Numbers
26- Compare Packing List With Customer PO for order accuracy
27- Custom pack all components and include System Test 2 results
28- Ship and notify the customer via email with the FED-EX tracking number
